My interest in technology began with my late grandmother, who often struggled to use mobile apps. Seeing how poor usability could exclude elderly users pushed me toward human-centered design. I later joined several hackathons focused on social issues such as food wastage and public transport.
I began my career as a UI/UX Trainee, where I focused on simplifying user flows and improving accessibility for non-tech-savvy users. Then moved into the System Analyst role, learning to translate business needs into system requirements and bridge communication between users and developers.
Later, I became a Technical Executive. I started with UI/UX work but was reassigned to technical support due to manpower gaps. During this period, I helped establish a structured support ticketing system and worked closely with deployment processes. Frequent release issues pushed me to step in as a Manual Tester. After realizing manual testing wasn’t scalable, and with no one available or equipped to start automation, I initiated a proof of concept. This led to adopting Katalon Studio as our automation tool, improving testing efficiency and stability.
Today, I work as an Automation Tester, combining my UX background, system understanding, and testing expertise to deliver reliable, user-friendly products.
Developed 200+ automated test scripts that reduced testing time by 75% and served as acting Scrum Master for a Petronas Digital project.
Oct 2022 — Oct 2025Implemented automation testing, led Scrum ceremonies, collaborated with UI/UX teams, and managed support ticketing systems.
Conducted requirements analysis, created FAT/UAT testing procedures for government projects, and maintained client systems.
I'm interested in creating digital experiences that help people accomplish their goals.
Whether it's through thoughtful interface design, comprehensive user testing, or collaborative problem-solving,
I aim to make technology more accessible and human-centered. Design is about solving problems for people.
My background taught me attention to detail, edge case thinking, and user empathy.
Combined with my growing design skills, I create experiences that are intuitive, reliable, and delightful.
The best products are built when empathy and quality work hand in hand.
